Watch… and Observe

If you’ve never tended bar (or even if you have), as with any job you want to make sure you watch and observe your surroundings.  After awhile, things will begin to come out in the wash.

Who’s messin’ around with who, why the managers don’t seem to know what’s going on, why there seems to be a little riff raff thinking they get to have Carte Blanche, etcetera etcetera, etc…
